At times, life can get really challenging. While we cannot (or don’t want to) avoid those challenges, we can definitely be happy - regardless of our circumstances. I have experienced this first hand.

From the place of a quieter mind, creativity flows, possibilities expand, and success can become effortless. 

Before working as a coach and consultant, I worked as a lawyer in the corporate world for many years. My former experiences include positions as General Counsel of a large corporation and as Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of companies in the IT and telecommunications sector. This has given me a deep insight into what it takes to be a leader, and into the many challenges people experience in the corporate environment. I continue serving on supervisory boards, as well as mentoring younger professionals. 

Born in Germany, I grew up in France, have lived, studied and worked in 4 countries, and traveled the world. I now spend my time between Mallorca (Spain) and Germany. I mainly coach in English and German but can accommodate French and Spanish speakers as well.

I have a young son who regularly engages me in a football (soccer) game, and his pure aliveness and presence inspire me.
